What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Forms (including payment)

When you complete a form on our website, the data you submit, plus your IP address, may be logged in several systems. This includes our internal CRM / email system that allows us to respond to your query or request; our mailing-list provider, where we may add you to our mailing list; and our payments provider.

Your payment details are not stored or directly processed by us. Our payments provider collects the payment card data you type in to our website, collects the payment, and notifies us upon completion. At no stage are we able to see your payment card details, bar the last 4 digits of the card. We are however party to your billing address, which is required to fulfil our legal and contractual obligations.

Cookies

We use cookies to enable functionality on our website and to remember your preferences. You can manage your choices at any time via the cookie preferences control, and through your browser settings.

Embedded content from other websites

Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Analytics

We collect anonymised data to track the usage of our site. No personal data is collected or shared with our analytics provider.

How long we retain your data

Analytical data is held for 3 years, though this is anonymised.

Data related to payments, service subscriptions, and other data that is required for legal or contractual obligations, are held for a minimum of 6 years after the end of the contract/subscription, but can be kept for up to 10 years.

What rights you have over your data

You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
